Rico Gomez is the Founder of NeuroFit & is a Certified Neuroscience Coach with a background in psychology, counselling, and brain-based leadership coaching. Over the past decade, Rico has worked with elite performers across sport, business, and high-pressure environments, including All Blacks athletes and coaches, CEOs, senior leaders, and first responders.
Through this work, Rico has developed deep expertise in what he calls the “internal operating system”, & is known for helping driven individuals rewire the mental architecture, so performance becomes sustainable, decisive, and aligned.
