Ashleigh Clutterbuck is the Co-founder of THG Property Management and has worked her way through every layer of the industry — from Assistant Property Manager through to Property Manager, Business Development Manager, and Director. This hands-on experience across all roles gives her a practical, end-to-end understanding of what actually drives performance in property management.
Over the years, Ashleigh has been recognised with multiple awards and has built a strong, consistent brand known for its straight-up approach, high standards, and results. She’s focused on doing things better — not bigger — with an emphasis on systems, accountability, and treating every property like a business.
Ashleigh is passionate about lifting the standard of property management and isn’t afraid to challenge the norm to get better outcomes for both owners and tenants.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find her on the water as a dedicated waka paddler, or spending time with her husband and dog. She’s a big believer in balance — working hard, keeping things real, and not taking life too seriously.
