Jodi Ford is one of Australian real estate's most formidable forces. She began her property management career in the 1990s and in 2001 became the property manager at Coronis — joining with a modest portfolio of 189 properties and a mandate to build something extraordinary.
What followed is the stuff of industry legend. Over more than two decades, Jodi grew Coronis's rent roll into one of Australia's largest, scaling it to over 12,000 properties under management and building the team from a solo operation to more than 60 dedicated professionals. Under her leadership, the team achieved an industry-leading Net Promoter Score of +85 — a testament to the people-first culture she has championed at every step.
Today Jodi holds dual executive roles as Property Management Director and Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at the Coronis Group — driving both the operational excellence of one of Australia's largest rent rolls and the national acquisition strategy reshaping the industry's landscape.
But beyond the numbers, Jodi is a leader who genuinely believes property management is a people profession. Her commitment to staff development, client outcomes and community impact — including her work with Queensland Shelter on a domestic violence response toolkit and supporting the Coronis Foundation — defines her legacy as much as any award.
