Awarded to the agency judged to have made the most outstanding contribution to property management during the competition period, based on a combination of quality, service, and performance.
Eligibility: Open to agencies, entered into one of three size categories, declared at the time of nomination: Small (under 300 properties), Medium (301 to 999 properties), or Large (1000+ properties). Agencies are judged only against others in the same size category.
Criteria & Scoring (100 points total):
● 10 points: written submission.
● 10 points: video submission.
● 50 points: evidence of excellent portfolio management, covering growth in managements and AAMI, arrears management, impact of churn, average revenue per property, healthy homes compliance, and community contribution (for example, charity work, environmental projects, mentoring and education initiatives).
● 20 points: demonstrated combination of quality, service, and performance (example Net Promoter Score).
● 10 points: Training investment and professional development for the team undertaken in the competition period
Entry Requirements: Standard entry requirements apply, using the agency’s bio and logo in place of an individual bio and photo.
Terms
Competition Period: 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026. All performance-based criteria (growth, annual average management income (AAMI), revenue, arrears, churn, testimonials, portfolio statistics, etc.) must relate to activity within this period, compared against the equivalent period one year prior unless otherwise stated.
Submission Deadline: Nominations must be submitted before 4.00pm on Friday 18th September. No extensions.
Judging Panel: Except for the People’s Choice Supplier of the Year Award, each category is assessed by an independent judging panel. Panel members must declare any personal, financial, or employment relationship with a nominee and recuse themselves from judging that entry.
Cross-Category Eligibility: A nominee may be entered into more than one category where eligibility allows, but each submission must be tailored to address that category’s specific criteria. Judges assess each category independently.
Standard Entry Requirements (apply to all judged categories unless a category states otherwise):
● A written submission of no more than 500 words explaining why the nominee is worthy of the award.
● A short video, no longer than 3 minutes, describing what the nominee has been nominated for and the results achieved.
● A bio of no more than 500 words, plus a current photo or headshot (or company logo for agency or company nominations).
● Where quantitative claims are made (for example revenue, growth, arrears, or churn figures), nominees should provide supporting evidence, ideally corroborated by a manager, director, or accountant.
