Matthew found a real passion for Property Management in 2006 with a small company in Christchurch, before moving to manage a small portfolio and a team at a large Christchurch company.
In 2010 Matthew partnered with Lisa and Bayleys Canterbury, to establish Bayleys Property Management Canterbury, and has loved every minute of it, building a well respected team who look after a portfolio of quality properties.
Even after many years in the industry, Matthew enjoys the daily challenges with changing markets, changing and improving legislation and finding solutions to any problems. Everyday is different, interesting and exciting. Matthew takes great pride and enjoyment working with the team, to do an outstanding job in this challenging and rewarding industry.
